The Administration Division deals with Establishment and Personnel matters of officers and Staff in the APTEL. Framing/Amendment of Recruitment Rules, Appointments, Postings, day to day service matters, grant of leaves, LTC, Leave Encashment, annual increments, pay fixation etc. by following DOPT OMs and Circulars from time to time in concurrence with Ministry of Power. Also looks after the maintenance of office building, upkeep of air conditioning system, electrical installations and other related works.
Preparation of reply to Parliament Questions and RTI. Contract management of Manpower which includes IT professionals, Office Assistants, MTS, Security and Transportation.
