APPELLATE TRIBUNAL FOR ELECTRICITY

Ms. Nidhu Shrivastava holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, and is a member of the Madhya Pradesh Judicial Services. She commenced her service with the M.P. Judicial Services on January 23, 2018, and subsequently received a promotion to the position of Civil Judge, Senior Division, in 2024. In her capacity as a judicial officer, Ms. Shrivastava has adjudicated a diverse range of civil and criminal cases. Furthermore, she has presided over a Gram Nyayalaya, and her professional experience extends to the administrative domain through her tenure as District Registrar at District Sehore.

Effective October 9, 2024, Ms. Nidhu Shrivastava has assumed the charge of Deputy Registrar at the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, New Delhi.

Major Jyoti Sharma was born on 09th August 1984 in Delhi. She did her Graduation from Indraprastha collage for Women, Delhi University in 2004. Further, she did her LL.B., from Dr. Heera Lal YadavLaw Collage, Luknow University.  After completion of LL.B., she worked as Assistant Advocate in Delhi High Court from 2008 to 2011. In the year 2011 she got selected in Indian Army and commissioned as JAG officer on 17th March 2012. As Army officer she has successfully done various court martial and dealt with other disciplinary/legal matter in Army. In extracurricular activities, she has participated in various swimming nationals and represented India in Asian and World Boxing Championship. Also she was NCC Cadet during her collage.
Now, she has joined the post of Deputy Registrar in APTEL on 06th May, 2024 on deputation.
